Refund Coupons

• On our website, Refund coupons which be redeemed as complete or partial payment of items from our website within the specified timeframe.
• Refund coupons cannot be availed from different account.
• Vouchers that have expired are not replaceable.
• The Refund Coupon code can only be used once. Since applying it once, the residual balance of the coupon will not be refunded, if any, and cannot be applied for the next orders, even if the order value is smaller than the remaining value of the voucher.

• Availability of stocks: orders are subject to product availability.

• Delivery Timeline: It could take longer than the normal timeframe/line for delivery to be preceded by Emami Store.

• Delivery can be postponed due to force majeure incidents including, but not limited to, political instability, political events, national/public holidays, etc.
