How does the delivery process work?

When your order is approved by our system, your products are carefully tested to ensure they are in excellent condition. They are packaged and turned over to our trusted distribution partner after they have been through the final round of quality control. At the earliest chance, our distribution partners then bring the box to you. If they cannot reach your address given, or at an acceptable time, they can contact you to rectify the issues.

How are items packaged?

With your invoice wrapped around it, we package our products in cardboard boxes. In bubble wrap, each individual object is wrapped while delicate products such as bottles are secured securely with additional bubble wrap.

Based on the political, environmental, logistics, or any other inevitable problems that our consumer relationship team would inform, the delivery may be late.

We guarantee your fulfillment with all Emami Bangladesh Limited’s platforms. If you get a faulty or defective object, a wrong product, after returning the damaged or defective product, we will immediately give you a replacement or issue you a full refund.
