RETURN POLICY

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please return it to Emami Bangladesh Limited, and we’ll arrange for a replacement subject to following conditions:

Inside Dhaka.

  • Please check the order in front of the delivery person
  • If any defect is found, inform the Customer Care (Number of Customer Care is 09610260371 and email address is [email protected]) as soon as possible along with a picture.
  • The Customer Care upon consultation with the management will change/replace the product or adjust the payment.
  • The complaint will be valid for 3 days from the day the product has been received. Used/ Switched or liquid product will not be considered for exchange or refund.
  • The Return Policy will not be valid after the seal is broken or if the product does not suit you.
  • In case of return for exceptional circumstances, customer shall pay the transportation cost.
  • Original Invoice must be returned along with the product.

How to send your product to Emami Store? How much will it cost you?

Our Customer Service will arrange for pick-up of the product from your address, free of delivery charge. If you live outside Dhaka, please send your product by Sundarban Courier Service/ SA Poribahan to ICON COMMUNICATION Flat: A/3, House: 23, Road: 13, Block: G, Niketon, Dhaka-1212. How to return a product

  • Sign in to your Emami Account, select My Orders.
  • Select the order you wish to return and click on the Manage Order button.
  • Click on Return Items.
  • Fill in the Return Form. After getting the request our team will contact with you.
  • Pack your Emami parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you and secure the Return Label on top of the return package.
  • If you are located in Dhaka city, then you will be able to avail pick up and drop off both facilities from specific areas. If you are located outside Dhaka, we have customer return drop off points in different locations where you can drop your return product.

Refund Coupons

  • On our website, Refund coupons which be redeemed as complete or partial payment of items from our website within the specified timeframe.
  • Refund coupons cannot be availed from different account.
  • Vouchers that have expired are not replaceable.
  • The Refund Coupon code can only be used once. Since applying it once, the residual balance of the coupon will not be refunded, if any, and cannot be applied for the next orders, even if the order value is smaller than the remaining value of the voucher.
  • Each promotional voucher issued (New Consumer voucher, 1st-time cashback vouchers etc.) will be available only once for a customer’s usage. It is illegal to avail these vouchers by changing identity.
  • Both promotional coupon and cart rule discount cannot be added at the same time.
  • The promotional coupon is non-refundable and cannot be partly or entirely traded for cash and is only available for a single purchase.
  • During the sale or in connection with any particular offer, discount coupons may not be available.
  • The coupon would only operate if the required purchase amount and other requirements are fulfilled.
  • Emami Store retains the right at any time without warning to vary or cancel the service of any voucher.
  • Emami Store shall not be responsible to any customer or household for any financial damage resulting from the denial, cancellation or revocation of any voucher, or for any reason whatsoever, for any failure or inability of the customer to use the voucher.
  • Customers who have already been listed or banned for illegal activity in Emami Store will not be able to take advantage of any coupon and will not be eligible for any campaign.
  • A customer shall not operate more than one account on a single device.

 Security & Fraud

  • You warrant to that when you use a voucher, that you are the properly authorized beneficiary of the voucher and that you use it in good faith.
  • If we fairly conclude that any voucher is used improperly or illegally, we can refuse or cancel any voucher/order and you accept that in accordance with any denial or termination, you will have no claim against us. In such cases, Emami Store reserves the right to take any further action it considers appropriate.
